2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2-3/4 C. ketchup (to taste)
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Brown onion and ground beef until no pink remains. Add can of chicken gumbo soup, ketchup, mustard and chili powder. Simmer for up to 2 hours on very low heat. Serve on hamburger buns and enjoy.
